Ethan Grosso is an Arizona native with a background in finance and operations. He graduated from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business with a degree in Finance and went on to manage day-to-day operations for a real estate investment and property management company, overseeing leasing, tenant relations, and owner reporting across a nationwide residential portfolio of more than 100 properties. Before that, he served as a project manager for a medical technology startup, where he sharpened his ability to solve problems and keep complex processes on track.

Ethan joined the Hamblen Team at Realty ONE Group in 2026. He brings a detail-oriented, client-first approach to every transaction, along with a genuine enthusiasm for helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. His background gives him a practical understanding of what happens after the sale, and that perspective shapes how he serves buyers and sellers alike.

Outside of real estate, Ethan enjoys reading, traveling, and making and performing music. He is also actively involved in his church community.
